Well, it’s almost here. Another year of barricading ourselves inside the house, away from older teens, not dressed up, demanding money or they’ll put some eggs against your wall… or is that just where I live?
LOL, actually I really love Halloween. When I was a kid, I’d be convinced it was the night of the witches. And being that I was very obsessed with the moon anyway, I’d always be gazing out the window (because hey, we didn’t do the trick or treating when I was little), cat on my lap, waiting for something to happen.
It didn’t usually, but that never dampened my excitement!
So this year, being a part of the anthology, The Blood Bar Chronicles, The Protectors – book 2. AND it releasing on the 31st of October, I thought we just have to go a little pumpkin mad over here. See this anthology is very special. It’s part of a three book series, all of the authors are from my critique group UCW – better known online as the Nuthouse Scribblers. We met about two years ago now, and between us we have over 60 titles published. So, as you can imagine, this set of three books (book 1, The Alpha’s is already a bestselling hit!) has been a lot of fun to write.
So, if you’d like to win a copy of the anthology – and be one of the first to receive my story which is called Protecting His Own – just leave a comment. You’ve got other chances to win by following my website, liking my facebook page and friending me on twitter and goodreads – but these aren’t compulsory. Just use the Rafflecopter page to enter.
Good luck and remember to check out the other blogs in this amazing hop! Thanks to Drea for putting this on
Blurb for Protecting His Own
Widowed Nina was just looking for a warm body for one night when she walked into The Blood Bar. But with a little help from a Siren song and a sexy bar-owner, the universe had other ideas.
Gargoyle Sam wants a forever type of girl after years of meaningless encounters and now, he thinks he’s found the one. He just has to convince her of that.
But the night is full of mysteries and not only does Sam need to confront an enemy from his past, he’s pulled into a complicated tug of love and war with a group of misfit Supes and Nina’s friends. Will Sam be strong enough to save them both or will they both lose what they’ve only just found?
Small print!! This is an international giveaway, the prize is for one copy of The Protectors when my author copies are received. Prize won’t be converted to cash. Commenter will be chosen randomly using rafflecopter. If winner cannot be contacted within a timely manner and responds, another name will be picked. My decision will then be final. Thanks.

I like the candy.
I’m looking forward to this book. :)

I love watching all the kids in their costumes running all around scouting for candy. It’s so much fun.
This looks like a fantastic series. In Australia, Halloween is not a big thing, but, I enjoy seeing what you all get up to. annpa@gmail.com
